Senior citizens in one Florida town lined up Tuesday at an establishment many would normally shun: a strip club.

The draw was free flu shots and with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention encouraging everyone to get immunized this year, it appeared to be an offer many seniors couldn’t refuse, the Orlando Sentinel reported Wednesday.

The club began offering the shots last week, but ran out after giving away 300. They decided to offer them again on Tuesday.

“People need the help,” said club owner Jim Veigle. “That’s why we do it.”
